OSHA's semiannual regulatory agenda, which sets the agency's priorities, includes a review of OSHA's chemical standards, including its outdated Permissible Exposure Limits. OSHA is expected to issue a request for information in August 2012 to identify effective ways to address occupational exposure to chemicals.
