AIHA® and ACGIH® are searching for an editor-in-chief (EIC) for the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Hygiene (JOEH), a joint publication operated by the two associations. The journal provides a written medium for the communication of ideas, methods, processes and research in the areas of occupational, industrial and environmental hygiene; exposure assessment; engineering controls; occupational and environmental epidemiology; ergonomics; medicine and toxicology; and other related disciplines. EIC candidates should possess a comprehensive knowledge and broad perspective of the fields of occupational and environmental hygiene (OEH) as well as an understanding of its many disciplines. 1. Establishing, revising and maintaining editorial guidelines for contributions to the JOEH.2. Taking an active part in pursuing the JOEH’s goals and editorial coverage, and in developing new ideas for improvement of the JOEH.3. Creating goodwill for the JOEH through respectful interactions with current and potential authors, reviewers, and readers.4. Soliciting, receiving, peer-reviewing, selecting, and editing contributions to the JOEH, including:
