Shipping & Handling

  • AIHA® members receive FREE shipping for all publication and product orders. Nonmembers pay shipping which is calculated as you place your order on the AIHA web site. Orders can be expedited online.
  • P.O. Boxes will not be accepted as ship-to address.
  • If the shipping address is an international address, a street address AND valid phone number are required. ORDERS CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO P.O. BOXES. Online orders cannot be shipped to an APO address if the address is a P.O. Box. Please provide an alternate shipping address, or call AIHA Customer Service at (703) 849-8888 to place your order.
  • Due to customs regulations, expedited shipping is not available on orders shipped internationally or to Canada. Some international shipments may require additional fees for Duty and Tax.
  • All expedited orders must be received at AIHA by 11 am (EST).

Discounts

AIHA® members receive the discounted price listed for each publication and free shipping.

Nonmember Quantity Discounts

  • 10 or more copies of the same publication are 25% off nonmember prices
  • Discounts may not be combined for one order

University and Bookstore Discounts

30% discount for any quantity ordered of any title. Please contact AIHA Customer Service at (703) 849-8888 or by fax (703) 207-3561 to place your order and receive this discount. No returns on bookstore orders.

Professor Desk Copies

Desk copies of publications are provided on request. The desk copy may be kept if ten or more copies are ordered from AIHA within three months of the invoice date by the requester or by a college bookstore. Otherwise, you may purchase the book at the invoiced amount or return it to AIHA unmarked and in resalable condition. All returned desk copies must be accompanied by an invoice.

Returns

Publications and Home Study Products

It is AIHA’s policy not to sell or accept returns of partial products. Only unopened/ sealed, unused products in their original packaging/condition may be returned.

For all returns you MUST:

  • Call AIHA Customer Service for approval (703.849.8888)
  • Include a copy of the original invoice
  • Pre-pay all return shipping costs

Additionally:

  • All products must be returned within 30 days. After 30 days products are nonrefundable
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • All university, bookstore, bulk, and custom published orders are nonrefundable
  • Incorrect or damaged shipments must be returned within 30 days

e-Learning

  • TeleWeb and e-Learning Virtual Event cancellation refund policies are course specific and are listed online.
  • Webcourses are non-refundable.
